BE&D and me

Hey everyone and welcome to all my new readers!  =)  So honored to have so many visitors in the past few days.  Thank you for all the positive feedback and support!

One our last day in NYC before hitting Soho for some shopping and lunch, Papa DOS and I took a shoot for a friend who has some BE&D bags she got during a sample sale and is willing to part with them for anyone who is interested.  She kept a few for herself of course.  =)  These bags have such beautiful quality, especially the python ones.  I love the studded details on the first two.  Hooray for cool metal accents!  If you are interested in any of these beauties, feel free to email me at dos@drunkonshoes.com.  These bags are all new with tags.

I tried to do the Wendy hairstyle in this shoot but I don't think I can rock it quite like she does.  Also because I think I have way too many baby hairs.  LOL.  Who else really hates their baby hairs, raise your hand?  It was fun trying out her tutorial though.  She makes it look so easy but I'm such a dud when it comes to hair that it always takes me 5 times longer to do anything.  =P  I wish I had more creative ideas with my hair.  Next I shall attempt the braid up do.  I had an updo kind of like it for J+D's wedding but it was totally done by a professional.  Hehehe...

Lambskin Tote (retail $1100, sample price $600)

Garbo Cross Body/Clutch (retail $775, sample price $375)

St. Germain Python Clutch with Glass Buckle (this one is my faaaav... retail $2200, sample price $900)

Crawford Python with Braided Strap (retail $3100, sale price $1400)

Gold & Pewter Leather Clutch with Chain (retail $600, sample price $190)

I hope someone can give these babies a good home.  I am seriously considering the St. Germain.  It's so versatile and can be both formal and casual and it also has an optional chain strap.  Woooot!  I love bags that can be worn in different ways.  Oh let's be honest, I just loves bags in general.  Hahaha...  So email me if you are interested!  =)  On a random note... 3 more days until my snowboarding trip to Lake Tahoe.  Wheeeeeeeeee!  Maybe in next week's post, I will be sporting a leg cast and busted lip.  So sexy.

OMG. How tall are those shoes? I envy you, the tallest shoe heel I can tolerate is 4 inches (maybe 4 1/4, but that's pushing it). Wendy's tutorials are so fun to watch - such great style. I REALLY like the Crawford Python purse, but I'm currently holding out on a Tous bag for my purse splurge this year. It looks like you had a lot a fun in NYC, how often do you visit?

Raven - I've had years of practice and just did a progression of getting higher and higher shoes each year. hehehehehe.. You are going to have to show me your Tous bag once you get it =)

LC - I haven't had the chance to test the fit of Rag & Bone skinnies so you will have to let me know how they fit! I find because of my shortness, the ankle part never really fits as tightly as I want it to because I have to fold it. It's one of the reasons I love R&S. It stays pretty slim around my ankle even though I am folding up about 2 inches of the bottom. So definitely give me an update on what you think of Rag & Bone.
